Terms and conditions

1. Order Confirmation

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and NORSESTORE.COM. Once an order is completed on NORSESTORE.COM, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order, NORSESTORE.COM reserves the right NOT to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.

2. Age Restriction

If the customer is under 18, permission must be obtained from a parent or other person of authority.

3. Payment

NORSESTORE.COM accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Paypal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to NORSESTORE.COM, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. NORSESTORE.COM does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. If payment is through PayPal, the customer can safely transfer money for the transaction with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and an encrypted connection. 

All prices include Danish VAT. Prices are without shipping or other services that NORSESTORE.COM may offer. NORSESTORE.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time. On NORSESTORE.COM prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK), U.S. Dollars (USD), British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Euro (EUR).

4. Local levies

Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

5. VAT exempt purchases (for customers outside of the EU):

We offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (20% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected.

*U.S. Tax and Duty

NORSESTORE.COM can send for 800 USD free of taxes and duty per shipment due to the increase in U.S. de minimis.

6. Returns

The customer may cancel her/his purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the notice before the expiry of the deadline. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Packages for Danish orders will include a return label from Post Denmark, and the goods can be returned free of charge. The product must, preferably, be returned in its original packaging. Shipments outside Denmark do not include a return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
NORSESTORE.COM will reject all returns that do not meet the above requirements Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by NORSESTORE.COM.

By using the right of withdrawal, reasonable costs will also be refunded. The total amount is refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of notice of withdrawal. However, NORSESTORE.COM may withhold the refund until the item has been received or until the customer has submitted documentation for returning the item, whichever is the earliest. 

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once NORSESTORE.COM receives the returned product, the items(s) are refunded.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. Norse Store reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.

An item can be returned, regardless of its use. The customer, however, is liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to other handling than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. If the customer has handled the product differently than what is necessary to test the product in a general way and the value of the product, as a result, is deteriorated, NORSESTORE.COM will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment. 
 In case the customer does not agree with NORSESTORE.COM's handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with NORSESTORE.COM, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)

7. Warranty

All products from NORSESTORE.COM come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact customer service at support@norsestore.com

The deadline expires on the day of receipt of the goods. In determining a claimable defect in the goods, the customer must notify it within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should be discovered. Anything within 2 months of this day will always be within a reasonable time.

If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.

In case the customer does not agree with NORSESTORE.COM's handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with NORSESTORE.COM, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)

8. Shipping

NORSESTORE.COM sends packages with Post Denmark in Denmark and FedEx to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from NORSESTORE.COM. 

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-3 business days and as a regular service outside Europe 3-5 days. NORSESTORE.COM accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are a guide. 

Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are shown on NORSESTORE.COM and are added to the order when a customer places an order. Customer Service is at the customer's disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on support@norsestore.com and +45 53 69 66 26. 

NORSESTORE.COM reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.
