ONLINE ORDERS
As a consumer, when you place an order with us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to return your order.
Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order ( or download here). Our return address is stated below and on the return slip. If you didn't receive a return slip, please ensure to enclose your order number inside the package.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after you have received your order. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you given notice.
RETURN PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you only return part of your purchase.
RETURNING THE GOODS
You have 14 days to return the goods to us.
For Danish customers: Orders can be returned free of charge. The return label is included in your package.
For International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If something is missing or wrong, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email with your order number to support@norsestore.com.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly advise you to send the package with a traceable service, so it can be located.
We only accept packages sent directly to the address below.

THE STATE OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU RETURN IT
If the value of the item is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the item and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE SUM
If you cancel or return one or more items, you will get your money back. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund, including delivery costs (this does not apply if you are returning part of a multiple piece order, or if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.
The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Excluding this information can result in a protracted delay of your return – in the worst-case scenario, the customs office will send the package back to your address.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We strongly advise you to send the package with a traceable service, so it can be located at all times. Return shipments without a traceable service will not be covered by Norse Store.
