With the holiday season almost upon us, we decided to shine some light on an assemblage of sneakers from adidas Originals, New Balance, Nike Sportswear. Putting emphasis on the spectrum of colour and shapes offered from these imprints, the following selection of sneakers are all available online and in-store at Pilestræde 41.

The Munchen Super Spzl from adidas Originals comes in a blue and white color way and is mixing elements from several '90s-era trainers into one clean silhouette. The Munchen is crafted from soft suede with a sticker on the footbed featuring a vintage adidas graphic adapted for Spezial.

Rising Star R1 from adidas Originals The classic Rising Star silhouette gets an update with an NMD sole. With a suede and reflective leather upper, this sneaker features a BOOST™ midsole, NMD plugs, nylon tape 3-Stripes and tape heel pull tab.

The Wilsy Spzl by adidas Orignals. For the FW18 collection adidas brings back a real classic with the SPZL collection including the Wilsy SPZL. Comes with rubber outsole, leather mid, logo on in the back and the iconic three stripes in black on the side.

The Yung-1 in Cloud White from adidas Originals follows up on the success of the Yeezy 700 Wave Runner with this Yung-1, which comes with a just as chunky silhouette as the Yeezy 700. Made with a restructured tongue, nubuck material, mesh, suede, foam midsole and a torsion midplate for better support.

The M770 - Norse Projects from New Balance is inspired by the architecture of the University of Copenhagen's main building and the interior of the University Library established over 530 years ago. The shoe has been updated with embossed New Balance branding on the side and features smooth nubuck over-lay, EVA midsole, rubber outsole, woven tongue label and finished with Norse Projects branding on the in-soles.

The identifiable silhouette of the M991 is offered in a brown and peach colourway with suede and unbuckle panelling across the upper. MSRC1GCA by New Balance. In collaboration with nanamica. Taking advantage of Tokyo Design Studio, Eiichiro Homma of Nanamica teams up with New Balance in releasing their rendition of the RC-1. This silhouette features a pig suede upper with stretch knit panelling and GORE-TEX® lining. The lacing cage and distinct "N" appliqué follow the tonal colour way of the upper. An ENCAP® Reveal midsole, exposed ABZORB panel and TPU heel cap round out the details.

Distinct low-profile silhouette from Nike Sportswear. This sneaker offers a soft suede upper in a panelled construction. Features include ventilation perforations, an encapsulated Max Air unit, padding at the collar and a non-marking rubber outsole.

Air Terra Humara '18 by Nike Sportswear. Nike ACG's distinctive silhouette, the Air Humara, is reinvented in the Air Terra Humara and features a chunky molded outsole, visible Max Air unit at the heel, synthetic leather over-lays at the upper and speed lacing system. Reflective details along the upper and a heel pull tab round out the details.

The Air Max 97/BW by Nike Sportswear. A collaboration between Grime legend Skepta and Nike. The shoe's hybrid design is a unique take on a classic color scheme made in a metallic look featuring a flat transparent base with metallic and blue accents. Includes textured and smooth mesh under-lays, debossed tongue, blue rubber swoosh and grey Air Max detailing.
