RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Please fill out the returns form enclosed with your order. The returns address is on the returns form. Return shipping with not be refunded. When returning goods within 14 days your original shipping costs will be refunded. We strongly advize your return shipment to have a tracking number. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

Write RETURNS on the box to ensure smooth transit through customs. 

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. Norse Store reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.

FREE RETURNS ON DANISH ORDERS

Danish orders can be returned free of charge within the 14 days. 
A paid parcel sticker and a return form with detailed instructions are included in all Danish orders.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All products sold on www.norsestore.com are subject to 2 years warranty.
This warranty covers manufacutring faults only, not wear and tear from regular use.

If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by e-mail at returns@norsestore.com.

Include order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and if applicable, description of how the fault occured.
Our suppliers handle warranty claims in different ways. We will do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible.
