RETURN POLICY

NORSE gives you a 15 - day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods. Should you want your money back, NORSE must be informed within 15 days from the day you receive your goods. It is your duty to return the goods in the original packaging and in the same condition as you have received it. Shipping and handling are also at your charge.

Time of delivery and transport:

All orders will be shipped by UPS

 Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by NORSE is NORSE'S responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you as the purchaser is your responsibility.
You must notify NORSE within 14 days of the date of delivery if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.

The delivery time for normal shipments within Denmark is 48 hours, to the European Union 5-10 working days and in countries outside the European Union 2-4 weeks.

The time of delivery is fixed if the goods are in stock but where the goods have to be ordered at our suppliers, time of delivery will be only indicative.

Risk of goods:
The risk of goods bought at NORSE is transferred to you as a purchaser at the time of delivery.
Complaints and guarantees:
Any flaws or shortcomings at the time of delivery from norsestore.com are to be advised within reasonable time from the discovery of the flaw.

You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging the Product. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by NORSE, NORSE is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
