1. ORDERING AT NORSESTORE.COM

Payment :
We accept payment via Paypal or with any of the following card types. All card payments on Norsestore.com are via a secure SSL encrypted server from Quickpay.

3D secure payment:
Only 3D secure transactions are accepted when paying with Non-Danish credit cards.
3D secure is a secure payment service developed by Visa to ensure that online transactions can only be made by the card holder. The service is also used by Mastercard and JCB. It is up to the card provider (your bank) to confirm your identity when your credit/debit card is used to make purchases over the internet.
You will be required to enter a password that you have previously arranged with, or been given by your bank. This password is controlled by your bank through an encrypted and secure server. When confirmed the order will be processed as per usual. 

Paying with Paypal:
When Paypal is used to pay for an order the address on the order must be identical to the address in the Paypal account used for payment. This is a security requirement of Paypal. If the addresses don’t match then the order will not be sent.

Prices:
Web Deals, sale and offers only apply on the web shop. They do not apply to in the physical store unless otherwise stated on the web shop.

All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%

Buy tax free from outside of the EU:
We offer tax free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries.

VAT (20% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected.

Local taxes:
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

Pricing and Availability:
Whilst we strive to make sure that, prices, descriptions and stock details on goods are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any of the goods within your order, you will be contacted and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or of cancelling it. If we cannot contact you the order will be cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, a full refund will be issued.
 

2. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

 
Right of return:
You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day you received the goods on.

Free returns on Danish orders:
Danish orders can be returned free of charge within the 14 days. A paid parcel sticker and a return form with detailed instructions are included in all Danish orders.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached.
Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they don’t get squashed out of shape.

Norsestore.com reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria.

Warranty claims:
All products sold on Norsestore.com are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.
If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by e-mail at webshop@norsestore.com. Include order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and how it happened.
Our suppliers handle warranty claims in different ways. We will do our best to get the claim processed as quickly as possible.

3. POSTAGE

General:

Norsestore.com sends orders with Post Danmark and UPS. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package.

Delivery within Denmark takes from 1-3 days if the goods are on stock.
Delivery international takes from 2-10 days if the goods are on stock.

Shipping within Denmark is DKK 60,-

4. PRIVACY POLICY

Norsestore.com handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
